Generations: Part 1

What is this post about you might ask? Well... we have decided to make a series of posts that will be all about our "alumni" brides, as Sher calls them. We want to feature the brides who have gotten their gowns from our store and years later, bring their daughters in to do the same. So here goes... our first post and a big thank you to Mary for the pictures and story! (If you would like to be featured, please email us with pictures of you and your daughters, as well as, include a brief summary of your time and your daughter's time at Sher's!)

From Mary:

Twenty-two years ago on June 17th, I walked down the aisle in my dream wedding dress from Sher’s Bridal. Sher was absolutely amazing! She listened to what I liked and wanted. She was not only helpful, but she was extremely knowledgeable. My experience at Sher’s was more than I could have ever asked for! Fast forward a few years and my daughter wanted to go shopping for her junior prom dress. I knew exactly where to go and I couldn’t wait to take her to Sher’s! When we walked in, we were greeted and the consultant helped Lauren find the perfect dress. Not only did Lauren find her prom dress, but she started working at Sher’s. Thank goodness, because she went to another prom that year and found another gorgeous dress to wear while she was working. Being back at Sher’s so much within the last few years made me realize how much fun I had when I was a bride at Sher’s, so I started working for Sher alongside my daughter! I love this place and I can’t wait to bring Lauren in when it is time for her to get married.
